Treadmills are Disorientating...

Good evening!
I'm so proud of myself right now! Haha! On Sunday I started going to the gym, I actually find it really randomly fun! All the cool machines and stuff, the treadmill is so over-rated though, its boring and when you get off you walk and you feel as though you're not going anywhere but things get closer to you, its so confusing, seriously!
Also I've decided that I want to move to England, become a script writer, meet Noel Fielding and marry him =P haha!
I went to Sylvia Park today, with my friend JD, I saw Twilight for a second time and its still just as good! I want to see the second one.... Anyway, while I was waiting for JD to show up I walked around the shops and found this awesome jacket in JayJays, it had pacman all over it, I have a thing for pacman, so I am obsessed with buying it..... Its only $45 which I thought was pretty cheap for a jacket, I think its because its a boys style and boys clothes are always cheaper.

Gonna go now, I have better things to do than write a blog... like watching tv, eating chocolate biccies and drooling over Noel Fielding and Russell Brand. Important stuff mate.

Back in the Land of New Zee

Heya

I'm back in NZ! Its good to be back, but I miss tesco self serve counters!! Good news though! I found Robinsons fruit squash in Pakkysave!!! Not summer fruits flavour, only mango... but just a little touch of the motherland! =)
Well it was my friend of bestness, GeeGee's, birthday on...... um..... Friday, yep, so on Saturday we went to Christmas in the park with her school friend Sian, and we tried to find some of my old school friends but there was no reception because there were too many phones texting in one place.... so we didn't find them =( Oh the irony!
Anyway, so that was fun and then today we went up to Sylvia Park with some more of friends of GeeGee's and mine from last year, and saw High School Musical 3. The sad thing was that I have now seen it 3 times, and I till laugh at the jokes... this is sad and I think I shall hang myself =P Yeah I'm over my depressive suicidal stage! Hehe!
Well the best line in the whole thing was a background line at the start of a cafeteria scene:
"Yo Yo Yo It's lunchtime!"
So Laura dared me to shout it out in the foodcourt at sylvia, and because I had had too much popcorn I did it.... needless to say I got funny looks from all over the place, but Laura stole the spotlight by pointing at some random guy and shouting "STRANGER DANGER"...... go Laura..... haha!
Right now I am writing my blog and on msn arranging a massive water fight with Leda from my old school!! =D
Good times....

Love ya and Leave ya

Heya!

I CAN'T BELIEVE I'VE ONLY GOT ONE MORE WEEK LEFT HERE IN ENGLAND!

It's been so fantastic, honestly, I thought I'd be homesick after over a month half way across the world from everyone I know! But I really don't want to leave! of course I'm so excited to see everyone again! But NOT looking forward to the plane ride home!! I've discovered plane are all good for the first 2 hours, but after you've taken off and finished watching your first movie and are trying to get to sleep in a foot wide, upright seat, next to some random person with a baby who won't stop crying, you just wanna go home!!!!!

On a happier note...

Tomorrow I'm getting the train to London, meeting my aunt and uncle, then getting a train up to penrith to see my grandma. I was meant to be going up to london today, but because its Sunday I'd have to take a train to some station, catch a bus to the next, catch another train then change at the next station and carry on till london. Well knowing my sense of direction, i would be lost, confused and possibly dead, so i'll wait till tomorrow...

Today we went to my aunties church again. My cousin was helping out in creche so i went along and all the little kiddies are so cute! i think the age was 3-5 year olds, so old enough to talk to you and understand you, but young enough to still be cute and not little know it alls, like they start to be when they get to school! oh the irony, that I was once young and really really annoying... I feel really sorry for all my babysitters, seriously, now I know what they went through!! Sorry.... x

Tonight there's a fireworks party on, so I think we're going to that?

Good Morning Sunshine!
Today is a nothingness day, where nothing much happens. My cousin Maddie is studying for her mock exams. But before today, fun stuff happened... like on Friday, my cousin, his girlfriend and her mum came around for dinner, so Maddie and I cooked lasagne and lemon something... Cooking is not one of my strong points, so I assumed the rold of mincer, and poked the mince in the pan, until I was rewarded for my efforts and promoted to mincer... with onions... YES! I'M MOVING UP IN THE WORLD! Wow...
So that was fun. Then on Saturday the girlfriend took me and Maddie shopping in Reading and Camberley. She spent about £300, so I was in awe! I got some things that I wanted from Primark though. Didn't spend quite as much...
Then yesterday I went to my Auntie's church. They have a vineyard church so they set out tables and people eat breakfast around them while the sermon is going on, which is a really good idea I think, although I ate one too many doughnuts. I only had one. I didn't know any of the songs, which was so sad, because I love to sing. And the songs that they did sing were the typical worship songs that have no melody so that even the really crap singers can sing in tune. Its probably just as well, I find it so annoying when you're singing in church and right behind you is one of those poor naive people who think they can sing but they can't, and they're out of tune, and sync and time and rhythym, sometimes even singing the wrong song... gosh thats annoying!! Not saying that I'm a fabulous singer or anything, but I can tell when someone is out of tune!
Anyway, then that night, Maddie and I watched Monster in law and desperate housewives, but after that we had to turn the channel straight over because Saw 2 was on right after, and we really didn't wanna watch that...
So back to today...
Yeah...

I'm gonna go.

I'm blonde

Heya!

I really have nothing to say. I was bored so I decided to write a blog. I don't even know why I bother really, who would read it if they don't even know me? No offence....
Haha but as I am the most optomistic person I know, I won't let this get me down, but instead, I will make it my aim to make it interesting so people reading it won't send me hate mail. I havn't had any yet... which is a good sign.

Interesting........

On Monday, I saw my first West End production!! It was a musical called Wicked, and it was actually really good. It was about the Wicked Witch of the East from the Wizard of Oz, and what happened in the magical land of Oz before all the stuff that happens in the book. So it was really interesting because it all tied in with the storyline in the book. It told you how the witch became wicked (she didn't, what an interesting twist), and how the tin man became tin, and how the scarecrow became a scarecrow and how the lion became cowardly... you get my gist? And what an interesting gist it is.
Also yesterday I had my hair highlighted for the first time! With blonde! so my hair is so much more interesting now!
Then after that my cousins and Aunt took me shopping in Primark and Boots and brought me loads of clothes and make up, gosh they must have thought I was really ugly... :D But they are so nice!

'We wish you a merry Christmas and a happy New Year...'

The Mysteries of Facebook

Dearest Readers of which there are probably not very many.

I have made a MASSIVE breakthrough related to the baffling complexity of facebook. Well, my theory is that it is sooooooo simple, that i can't believe its that simple and keep trying to figure out what i'm missing, but there is nothing that i'm missing! Wow, so in conclusion, facebook is so simple that its complicated. Its like i can't believe its not butter. Its so buttery that people can't believe its not butter. Actually that was a rubbish comparison, its nothing like I can't believe its not butter.

I can't believe its not butter.

On a completely different note, today my aunt took me to Southend on Sea, which was fun! We went to the theme park, but it was shut, so we went to the slot machines and spent a pound of 2 penny coins and made about 30p.... But it was the fun times! I bought some prezzies for my fam and the girls, and some for myself! :D But i saw them, so it wasn't really a suprise...

HAHA I don't even get my own jokes :S

Tonight we're going to Bluewater shopping centre with my cousin Hev and my Aunty, and tomorrow we're going to london again to drop me off at my uncles house and to show me Spitalfields Market on fashion day, which apparently is really good. :D Oh, and I walked into Chelmsford High street and bought a dress from Warehouse that was £15 down from £45 and so I was happy! I saw my cuz wearing one, and she looked so nice in it, so she told me where she had got it from. I just need some accessories... I went into Accessorize to find some and I saw these awesome green bangles, but I have freakishly small wrists and NO bangles have ever fit me in my life... But I got over it, and now I wear necklaces instead... OPTOMISM! (is that how u spell it?)

I LOVE TOPSHOP

Deja Vu

So this is about the twenty second time I've written this blog, I keep forgetting my password, which is a bit of a DAMN moment. I should really write it down...

This is effectively my first blog, so hi. I'm Lydi.

Just to clear things up, here are 5 things I love most in the world at this moment (there may not be exactly 5, I will probably get carried away...

1. The Mighty Boosh
2. Penguins
3. Noel Fielding
4. David Archuleta
5. Topshop
6. Riding on double decker buses up the top at the front cuz it looks like you're running over all the little old ladies on the side walk
7. Shopping
8. Writing scripts
9. Making movies
10. Taking pics with my besties
11. Doing anything with my besties
12. English sweets!

That was 12, not 5, but at least it wasn't 13... So I live in The Land of New Zee, its fabulosityness, but right now I'm staying in the Land of Ing with some relatives in London, the Lake District and Crowthorne, I love it!! And on Monday I discovered TopShop!! Shopping in New Zealand can never compare! :(

Next week I go to stay with my Grandmother in Cumbria, to put my feelings into words, here is a short story about what she gets up to in her spare time. When we last rang her up, she could think of nothing better to tell us than how she had defrosted a chicken that morning. Needless to say, we havn't phoned her up again for the past 8 months. Going from one extreme to the other, when she isn't defrosting chicken, she is wearing bright yellow socks and sandals, flirting with 20 year old men from Manchester and getting asked out to dinner regularly. Contrary to popular opinion, we do love her really, yellow socks and all! X She has the CUTEST little house EVER! Its a little farm cottage in a tiny village with cobbled streets and all! Even its own little old fashioned sweet shop!

Sorry to GeeGee, my BFF (not to be confused with BF) cuz I read her blog and in the slightly adapted words of Blackadder: "Read it, Wanted it, Pinched it."
But GG, you should really take it as a compliment!! x

Love ya and leave ya,

Lydi x
